1. The Three Pillars of Modern Observability
Distributed Tracing (OTel): Propagating W3C traceparent headers across microservices to isolate database and network bottlenecks.
RED Metrics: Tracking Rate (req/s), Errors (HTTP 5xx rate), and Duration (p99 latency) via Prometheus scrapers.
